we're gonna be putting my dog down tomorrow because he has cancer and i just don't know what i'm gonna do. i'm 18 years old and this will be the first time in my life where i haven't had a dog. the only thing that got me out of bed some mornings was the fact that i had to feed him.

posting sketches to begin with in an attempt to not take this account too seriously. greetings, bluesky! i do art. // #art #sonic #sonicart

maroon sketch on a grey background of mephiles the dark from sonic the hedgehog. he is looking at the viewer with his hands outstretched in a welcoming gesture. the text to the side reads, "me when uh when uh uh iblis!!!"

a dark brown sketch on a grey background of shadow the hedgehog. he is looking at the viewer and laughing evilly. he is surrounded by seven floating brilliant-cut chaos emeralds. the text to the side reads, "bad ending".

drew this a couple days ago. can you guess what game i'm replaying right now

a pencil drawing of a small man with a large, round nose and pointy ears in a space suit from pikmin 4. he has a concerned/nervous expression. he is surrounded by 6 floating pikmin souls, a caterpillar-like enemy called a cannon beetle larva, and an insect-like enemy holding a bomb rock and being held up by balloons called a careening dirigibug. captioned "subterranean complex"

(again, apologies if the alt text isn't very good. i'm not really good at describing my art like this, but i'll keep trying anyway!)

new minecraft skin :D (+ concept drawing)

Minecraft skin depicting a creature made of a pale brown wood, with green vines creeping up its arms, legs, and hanging off of its pointed ears. It has 3 bright orange eyes, and an opening in its torso filled with the same bright orange resin. (Sorry if I suck at writing alt text! I'm not used to it yet)

A pencil drawing depicting the same creature from the first image, but without color.

howdy folks i finally drew something :D i don't do pixel art exclusively, but i do it on occasion. would anyone be interested in me posting some of my older stuff? (also sorry if the alt text isn't very good, i'm not used to writing it as other platforms i've used don't have an alt text option)

Pixel art of Quagsire from Pokemon, wearing a Santa hat. He's sitting on the ground which is covered in snow, and looking up into a starry sky.

one of the worst feelings as an artist is when you have lots of ideas for what you want to draw but no time, then when you have the time you have no motivation, then when you have the motivation you have no ideas

It always bugs me whenever I see stuff like "how come modders can do this but professional devs can't" the answer is just modders have essentially infinite time they can devote to one thing, and zero corporate bureaucracy to go through

I think I might post art on here at some point but idk if I should post some of my older stuff or just wait until I draw something new. I also mostly just draw art of my own OCs, so I don't know how many people would wanna see that without any context about who they even are lol
