Hey so Twtich has pushed out it's "training for generative AI" toggle, and it is, of course, on by default. To turn it off go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Training for Generative AI. As always: fuck generative AI, fuck anti-pattern toggles, and fuck capitalism! #twitch #fuckGenAI

I have waited so many years for the finale of Final Space. A fantastic cartoon cut down before it could be completed. Through grit and determination, the creators made The Final Chapter, and it has come to print. It’s beautiful. Well done to the whole team that made this happen.

Nothing more dangerous than getting into your 40s and thinking "but what if I learned game dev". Even more dangerous is letting the game ideas in your head exist outside of your imagination, turning them into more than idle thoughts. COMPLETELY UNRELATED: Godot? Gamemaker? Unity?

Finally got through Under the Island. I picked away at this game over the last couple of weeks. It's a fun little experience that doesn't overstay it's welcome. Lots of little secrets and side bits to do to expand out what is an otherwise straight-forward plot. www.rankone.global/cdutson/play...

I tried out Kingdom of Night last night on stream. I don’t know what I expected going in, but what I got was the experience of playing D&D in my friends basement. It was fun, challenging, and a litle cliché in just the right way. A lot of fun, but has some problematic (time-appropriate) language.

Not an endorsement, but: I was sent a key for Flotsam and I took it for a spin on last night's stream. I enjoyed it! It's a colorful survival town management game wherein you build a community around a tugboat. I had a total blast with it, and if you like those kinds of games, check it out!

2025 was an interesting year as a streamer. I grew according to the numbers, but I didn’t actively notice it. I don’t know if that’s good or not, but what I do know: I played a bunch of interesting games, met neat people, and made some new friends! That is the best measure of success. #twitchrecap

Honestly this could be worse. I hated space chem, and never actually played Towns (now abandonedware). L4D and the Lucas Arts Adventure game pack though? solid choices. Also big shoutouts for Puzzle Agent and Puzzle Agent 2. FTL was fine.

Post your jank. Your 7/10 games Contradiction was an absolute blast to play, and is everything I wanted out of an FMV game. That said it had a janky interface (since fixed), some real moon logic solves, and a story that goes completely off the rails seemingly Just Because.
