When I see my Oculus Rift Dev Kit, I am grateful to have experienced those days. So many weird, novel VR demos and experiences, freely available. A real feeling of possibility for the space. It was just *cool.* The walled gardens to follow were never going to capture the imagination the same way.

I’ve now totalled 32.7km of the 195km needed to cross Palestine to raise money for medical supplies! We’ve raised £275 of my £250 goal but don’t let that stop you if you want to help buy more medicine for those in need! ❤️

A tiny proportion of the membership has managed to set the Green Party back decades. A single ounce of political intelligence would have avoided it.

It's a busy week at twitch.tv/cd93 @dannil0u.bsky.social and I continue our Astroneering after activating the first Gateway Chamber. I'll be returning to the White Orchid for the first time since 2015 in The Witcher 3: Remastered. We'll also mark the arrival of Spooky Month with more Halloween!

032

Looking forward to checking out The Witcher 3: Remastered next week! Going to be strange reminding myself that these games were by the same team after dipping in and out of Cyberpunk over the last few years.

000

Anyway now that I've seen photos of Rachel Weisz filming the new Mummy movie I feel considerably better. So lets go back to 24 episodes of cheap wank on TV and save the prestige for the movies.

020

The only thing on regular old television I hung on to watching "live" was Doctor Who. Then they started putting it on iPlayer at midnight so the US audience could enjoy it at prime time and us UK plebs who fund the BBC could wake up to feeds full of spoilers. Just absolutely bonkers stuff.

CD93 @cd93.co.uk · 26/09/2026

This era of TV is diabolical. Late recommisions... three year gaps between series... three price hikes for the privilege of seeing any more if it. It's just hard to stay invested in anything any more. Thank god for Slow Horses.

It's about time someone gave LOOM its flowers. Shoutout to the person I've just seen put Wolverine on their list. Really perked me up.

Starting to put together a list of good games from 2026 since it's getting closer and closer to the end of the year. Nintendo's had a hell of a year, huh? Like I'm not even a Fire Emblem guy but it's easy to imagine Top 10 lists with three or four Nintendo releases on it.

Felt this since he was elected but no one wants to hear cheesy shit like this from me, but yeah, electing a Muslim 25 years after 9/11 is what makes NYC the greatest city in the world.

Daily Show segment. Explains that mamdani is proof that New York won.

Enjoying how many ways you can screw yourself over in the Halloween game. Hopefully the "nobody has a fucking clue what they're doing" phase lasts a good while.

I’m thrilled to announce that I'm on the upcoming season of The Floor on FOX! I’ll be competing for $250,000, and it’ll air on Wednesday nights starting on 9/23 (next day on Hulu). Not kidding when I say that I studied way more for this than I did during the entirety of my 5 1/2 years in college.

Harsh on Rooney, that

How great that we have a crossover character to compare, too. They made sure to keep her blemishes in the right places. "It's just GTA V with mods" bro!

000

Combined with the Criminal Profiles and a nuanced Wanted level, even petty crime will be worth planning and thinking about more depending on how you want to play. These immersive flourishes which slow the pace of the game a touch and reward the effort. Won't be for everyone, but I love it.

One of my favourite little GTA VI highlights is not having cops shown on the minimap. Bread and butter to any FiveM player but you can already imagine having to use footsteps, call-outs, flashlights and emergency beacons as cues to evade them at night. Just a smart little change, even from RDR2.

🚨 Mario Maker 2 Community My prized creation, 'There And Back Again' - as once attempted by Benjamin "Ben" Pack - has only been cleared 9 times in 7 years. It can be beaten in 28 seconds. Give it a go if you think you're Mario enough 🔑 30N-HHR-NVF

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The weight of RDR2. The driving of GTA IV. The mechanics of FiveM. I’m all in for this impending discourse.
