The UNFCCC has recognised the Disability Caucus, creating a collective platform for meaningful participation in climate processes! Kirsty Smith, CEO of CBM UK said this historic step will ensure "the voices of the most marginalised, including people with disabilities, are heard and acted upon.”

CBM UK welcomes the recognition of the serious impact of the climate crisis on the communities who have done the least to cause it but regrets that there was no mention of disability inclusion.
