This actually can be a challenging aspect of this work. Before CBLDF I wrote legal explainers on any number of comics cases as they happened, highlighting strong and weak arguments, predicting where courts might land, etc. We still provide analyses, but sometimes the timing has to wait.

As for this issue - and other live cases - the reason I haven't gone right into explainers is that as an attorney working to assist either directly or via amicus briefs, I want to be absolutely certain of everything that we post, esp. prior to filings!
