Governor Newsom and other Governors should call up their State Gaurds to confront ICEholes Mercenaries. Citizens should sign up to join the State Gaurds instead of the national gaurd. State Gaurds can't be nationalized like the national gaurd without a Federal Draft which takes all of congress.
