Nothing quite like a blanket email from HR to chase away the January blues. @sheffielducu.bsky.social members took lawful strike action in Nov/Dec. we were docked pay. Now the Uni says refusal to reschedule cancelled classes results in breach of contract and 💯 pay deductions. 😡 Punished twice.
