It honestly was a revelation for me. Make a giant pot of marinara and freeze most of it. Make two lasagna/casserole and freeze one. Chili? Freeze that shit. Being able to say “omg I just can’t even deal with dinner” then having 5-6 meals *that you like* prepared is miraculous
