The game bombards you with so much experience it's difficult to NOT have an over leveled flame lord sit in a bush and go goblin mode. I've only struggled on one map so far that frontline fixed.

I've done Theodora's and most of Dietrich's path and I am still really at lost on what to do with my turns. On Theodora's path you can at least go recruit gambits and get items. On Dietrich's path it's just fighting ALL. THE. TIME. Both a problem of too much and too little time.

My biggest gripe with the time as of now is that the way the games are set up, all the paralogues take place like a week or two BEFORE your next main mission. Some of them have a deadline literally right before you have to do something else so you have rush or you'll miss important story context.
