I noticed that this MoE document differs from many others I have read, in that there is only marginally discernible authorship, no affiliated scholars or universities, and no references. I guess it’s from these people: cybersecurityontario.gov.on.ca/mod/page/vie..., whoever they are?

Disability accommodation represents a failure to plan and build accessible infrastructure —work structures, public spaces, events. We force people thru appts, paperwork, mtgs w their boss and HR…bc of structural failures. The work of being included too often falls to individual disabled people.

Telling people to “tough it out” when they’re sick is ableism. Saying that autism is “unacceptable” is eugenics. Bragging about the strong people who don’t take meds or vaccines? It infers that those who need medications are weak. It’s all eugenics. This regime sees disabled people as less than.
