I have been asking my partner for months to add me to his work insurance, but he hasn’t wanted to do the paperwork. So I had to call and update my plan today to make sure I had my needed coverage. Now that the price is set to increase by $120, he has the motivation to ask his boss for it 🙇‍♀️🤦‍♀️

These are the types of candles that were in the champagne bottles that caused the Swiss bar fire. One employee reportedly had another over his shoulder, and she was holding the bottles... No fucking wonder the bar went up in flames. That whole situation was incredibly reckless. RIP to the dead.

My partner and I adopted Lucy the Puppy last month, and today be told me our neighbours two doors down also have a puppy the same age 😂😅 Which means the neighbour we share inbetween us is surrounded by barking on both sides 💀😅 At least they're chill? #dogsofbluesky

To let her know we wouldn't need her tonight after all. She asked why... I told her to ask her son. I told him he could go either way, I seriously didn't care. He only sees the dog at night and in the morning. So for his blood pressure to go up after an hour of interaction... Yeah. 3/3

My partner and I had puppy classes today, and we were supposed to go to his holiday party tonight. He was pissed off when we got home, because the class 'didn't go well'. (We were at the back of a busy Petsmart literally in the aisle. Of course it wasn't gonna go well. 1/3

The rapid closing of inner city schools in the 2000s is starting to catch-up with #yeg & #epsb John A. Mcdougall School lost it's junior high program in 2001, alongside the closures of Alex Taylor and Queen Mary Elementary Schools. 25 years later, McDougall is almost at elementary capacity.

More #dogtax for Lucy! She had difficulty settling in overnight Friday, so I slept next to her on the ground (my poor back 😬). Last night, I slept on the couch while my partner went back upstairs. Guys. She made it through the night with no problems. I'm kind of shocked?

It's part of why I prefer Apple Music and YouTube Music, tbh. I use Spotify because my partner already had a plan, but the suggestions have gone way down hill. Same with what they have on offer.
