@ndppei.bsky.social Carney and Poilievre are offering essentially the same tax plan. A percentage or two off the tax rate; even folks making 300K and more would benefit. A little icing on the cake for rich folks; the actual benefit to working class folks making 50K or less would be a pittance.

This hurts the heart. No more snacks for kids with cancer in hospitals. This saves the UCP government very little, but costs more than they’ll ever realize. So unnecessary. Cruel. I’m urging Premier Smith and Minister LaGrange to do the right thing here. Reverse this decision.

Hey folks, great news: the next phase of the NDP’s Canada Dental Care Plan (CDCP) has ben announced! 😍 This is an expansion to cover all adults who earn less than $90K a year and do not have a workplace dental plan. New Democrats invented Medicare, and we believe it should cover you head to toe.
