@richardorpheuscampbell.com and I are right in the deep end of dialogue edit and sound design for @redvalleypod.bsky.social Season 5. It’s the most challenging series by far but we’re getting there! #audiodrama #redvalley

Happy Birthday Warren! Let’s celebrate with a brand new playlist, why not. Hit the link for 37 mins of what, it must be said, are quite cheerful tunes (compared to the last birthday playlist, anyway). Warren and Gordon are going to be just fine, right? Right? open.spotify.com/playlist/3Ig...

The other day we had a wrap party for Red Valley - celebrating the end of production on not just Season 5 but the whole series. A wonderful time with a bunch of the wonderful people who have made the show a reality!

More holiday @redvalleypod.bsky.social dialogue editing! Couldn’t send this earlier in the week because terrible WiFi, but if you were in Woolacombe Sands holiday park, you may have heard some sweary spoilers coming from one of the caravans…

Why on earth would you suddenly change a popular ice lolly to contain a really common allergen?

Okay so good news. I just found a delicious original the wild. Check the packaging. It was nestled in amongst the imposters. Note that the new ones have an allergy warning for the almond so you can spot them easily. Happy hunting 😋

If you are going London Comic Con at the Excel this weekend then check out (ipesty) my brother’s incredible art prints over in Artists Alley @ianpestyart.com #londoncomiccon @mcmcomiccon.bsky.social #mcm

A stand in a convention centre. A white women with red hair wearing a blue t-shirt is standing next to a white man in a black shirt, she is pointing at him with pride on her face. Both are smiling. They stand in front of around 20 pictures. They are incredibly detailed, artistic colour prints of things such as Alien, Back to the Future, Darth Maul, Scorpion, Soundwave, Master Chief etc. There is a black table in the foreground with a folder containing more art.

The Feast ice cream recipe has changed and I’m deeply saddened. The chocolate ice cream has been swapped for vanilla, and the iconic solid chocolate core is now a squishy hazelnut centre. DO NOT LIKE! :( #changeitback

My hand holding a feast ice cream that has been bitten into showing the disappointing vanilla ice cream and mediocre chocolate core.

Lads, Harry Hill is a legend

Did TV Burp cause any problems with anyone else?

The only person who took exception was Jamie Oliver. We did go a bit too far but we had a show to fill. He had a diagram on his show about: 'If you teach two people to make spaghetti Bolognese, then they teach two friends, in a week, X amount of people will know how to make it.' We did a diagram saying: 'If you tell two friends not to bother watching Jamie's Whatever It Is, and they tell two friends...' He hit the roof. After that he wouldn't give us any more clips.

Did you try to make amends?

The producer contacted me to say, 'Jamie's very upset. Can you do a video apologising to him?' So I did a video of me in my kitchen singing I Just Called To Say I Love You, then pulled out one of his pans, saying, 'Look, I've even got one of your pans.' The producer said he wasn't going to send it to him because it would have just made things worse.
