New study on common frogs 🐸 reveals how they balance energy demands🔋 and thermoregulation 🌡️ in a changing climate. Lab experiments show their metabolic rate doubles every 10°C rise, and they prefer ~25°C—close to their critical max of 30°C. 🧪👩‍🔬 doi.org/10.1016/j.cb...

New paper out exploring synchronization of heart rate variability among artisanal fishers who cooperate with dolphins to catch their prey.
