Equal Pay Day is how many extra days into the new year women have to work to earn what men earned the year prior. While we’ve come a long way to improve the gender wage gap, this year’s #EqualPayDay is a day later than last year. Caregivers and care workers deserve equal pay.

It's the day that marks how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year." Yesterday, our fight for care took us to Capitol Hill, where we took part in not one but TWO crucial events focused on uplifting caregivers and care recipients, and protecting and expanding our care. We won’t stop fighting until we have the care we all deserve.

Not a fan. Family caregivers already provide so much (over $1 TRILLION!!!) unpaid care each year! These cuts are devastating. We deserve better.
