020

What Cargie Does In The Shadows @cargie.baby · 3h

as a catchall sci-fi term to refer to intelligent alien and humanoid species of varying shapes and forms, do you like the term "sentients", "sapients", or "sophonts"

oh yeah. airwolf - knight rider with a chopper. then came street hawk - knight rider with a motorcycle. and then the highwayman - knight rider with an 18 wheeler (that could also turn into a helicopter)

no, magnum PI had a ferrari. look every 70s-80s detective show had a special vehicle. knight rider had KITT. jim rockford had a trans am. the A-Team had a van. even columbo had a Peugeot. RIPTIDE. I had simon and simon confused with Riptide

it was david rees, the author of the clipart webcomics "My new fighting technique is unstoppable" and the brilliant "get your war on". later did a series on cable tv called "going deep with david rees" where he went very deep into some mundane thing or activity. episode 1 was pencil sharpening.

They’d exchange drug recipes and ship designs but at the end of the day the culture wouldn’t just submit to the plommies

000

What Cargie Does In The Shadows @cargie.baby · 7h

The culture would think it’s cool and get involved as a fetish thing but they wouldn’t let the affini take over everything. The minds might have some objections
