Missed my final rep on my top squat set, after deload next week I may need to lower my training max by 5 points. To be expected in a calorie deficit, but still annoying. The DOMS from today is going to be brutal since I took last week off from the gym 😬

Kids asked to play “some new board games” so we played around with the pieces of Container, and ran a Magical Athlete race without special abilities. Container was adorable - we bought & sold containers with poker chips, they kept giving me their chips whenever I was “running out”

It’s squat day which means… doing another 12 pull-ups. I pretty much do some sort of pull-up (or chin-up) every workout now, as well as a bunch on the weekend. It’s slowly paying off since I can now do sets of 2 :)
