I think best case scenario is some kind of spooky photoshoot? Some friends of mine once took part in a really neat project re-staging actual viking burial finds.

There's a statue of Joan of Arc in SE Portland, and every time I pass I'm bitter that they "restored" it a few years ago. When I was a kid it had this amazing green patina.

You know, I'm on board for the Neuromancer show, but the very idea makes me remember why I prefer film adaptations of books to TV adaptations. So much of the pleasure of a book is in its completeness. Even installments in a series feel more satisfyingly self-contained than any season of TV.

Captain Tempest 2010 --> 2026 His circumstances have scarcely improved, even as my brother's art has taken great leaps. Don't tell him I said so, but I still think there's a fantastic mood and energy in that original piece.
