When I was younger my Papa had a duplex in Trenton, NJ. Every summer vacation we’d visit him, and every summer we’d take the train into NYC and come up through MSG. I haven’t been back since the towers fell, so my last memory I have of NYC the Towers are still there. (That’s me in the middle in ‘94)

One episode in and #Lanterns is already cementing itself as a top tier DC project. If the rest of the show is this good or better it’ll be my favorite DCU project thus far, even over last year’s Superman. Aaron Pierre is great as John Stewart, but Kyle Chandler IS Hal Jordan.

The first dog I ever truly lived with day to day passed away back in the summer of 2024. Lived with him for 9 years and I miss him every single day. So, I’m with Nolan 100% on this.

#TheOdyssey is incredible. It’s the closest we’ve come to a Nolan horror flick, and there are plenty of sequences that will leave your jaw on the floor. An epic of the highest order, propping up a mirror for us to reflect on our misdeeds and our mistreatment of our fellow man. The movie of the year.

During the COVID lockdown we were inundated with videos of celebrities telling us we were “all together in this”. But there was one video posted by Sam Neill that, for me, provided calm and actually made me feel that at some point, eventually, everything would be ok. We will miss you, Sam.

Rewatched Tenet for the first time since 2020. The film definitely improves on a second viewing, and dare I say it’s a fantastic film and a stellar entry in Christopher Nolan’s oeuvre. We live in a twilight world.
