Ground- and space-based telescopes have revealed something new at Saturn: a giant, ten-sided structure in the clouds near the planet's south pole. This decagon is almost stationary, extends deep below the cloud tops, and is similar (though not quite the same) as the famous north pole hexagon.

Left: A Hubble Space Telescope view of Saturn; the decagon at high southern latitudes is barely visible as a dark band. Right: A polar projection of those same data, where the dark decagon is clearly visible.

No matter how good we get, it's always an issue🖌️

Comic titled "Happy Accidents". Panel 1: Happy artist: "Oh wow, that turned out really well!!" Panel 2: Confused artist: "How did I even do that??" Panel 3: Very nervous artist: "I have no idea how to do it again..."

I just love drawing Jim's butt like this...

Digital drawing of Spock and Kirk. Spock is lying on his back over orange sheets, and Kirk is over him and between his legs, holding him from under his arms. Spock is hooding Kirks face, which is kind of obscured. Spock's face is soft and relaxed.

putting the blorbo in situations. as you dooooooo. either situations or one of those really risqué editorial/magazines lmaoooo im taking bruce wayne's amex.

working on a partially nude brood. he's wearing a button down that's doing a lousy job at being buttoned; also, don't come at me for muscle placement; i yam covered in a thick layer of insulation! i haven't seen how muscles work in decades--nay! EONS. also the goal of this was to draw balls. which you can kind of see if you peep his little dinghy down on the right. this isn't lined completely yet, because i still need to fix things, but i doubled it up to see how the weight works. you know how it isssss.

one day i'll figure out a good way to draw bruce wayne. for now--he's almagamationman. im just picking and choosing what i have liked from other versions of him. lolol i like how his beard is coming out here tho, so im gonna keep it.

J.J. Abrams and Chris Pine on the set of STAR TREK (2009)

$J.J. Abrams and Chris Pine filming the Delta Vega snow planet at Paramount Studios. Abrams discussed the plot contrivance of Kirk happening to encounter Spock Prime on Delta Vega, saying there was dialogue explaining that universe (fractured by Nero's incursion) was pulling the crew of the Enterprise together: "...one of the things that people had issues with was, 'Oh, come on, Kirk is going to run into an ice cave and run into Spock? That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard!' Granted, it's unlikely. But, in the scene where they're in the cave, there was a sequence... that was cut from the movie, where Spock speaks to that and talks about how this is the timeline's way of trying to repair itself, and it's as much about fate as anything. It's a funny thing. When we were working on the script, frankly it was one of those moments where I was like, "How in the name of God are we going to figure it out?" One of the genius moves that Alex and Bob did is that they just did it. They made it about inevitability. The movie's about this family that nothing will keep apart. It's about that kind of friendship that will endure anything. So, there was a genius in taking the most unlikely moment, a coincidence that I would never, in a million years, buy and hang a huge lantern on it and say, 'That is fate working.' You just go, 'All right.'" Ultimately, Abrams said the exposition was unnecessary: "To me, it was one of those moments where I thought we could lose that definition...because, in my mind, it really didn't need to be explained away."$
