We own all the assets in the neighborhood ... common areas, pool, clubhouse, playground, etc. Even the streets - road maintenance on 3 miles of asphalt. So, the vast majority of the money goes to maintenance.

I saw a new hand surgeon today. When I described the 6 months of pain, the fiasco with my last doc and my insurance's denial of an MRI, he said something I've never heard any doc ever say to me: "Let me fight to get the care you need." Not ashamed to admit: I almost cried in his office.
