Our jaws were dropping! The Environmental Mgmt. Commission members repeatedly bragged that this rule was 80% written by polluting industries!! That is jaw dropping enough - but also confusing since the industry legal representation told reporters- in bold letters - that this rule was DEQs proposal!

Did you know there are about 557 individuals buried in the Wilmington national cemetery that were a part of the U.S. Colored Troops (USCT), who played a crucial role near the end of the Civil War? As we continue to celebrate Black History Month, you can learn more by visiting the cemetery!
