🧵 3/4 The School Committee shared some counter proposals and responses. The CEA team asked questions about these proposals in an effort to ensure we understood and could craft meaningful responses. Our bargaining team will be crafting responses to some proposals when our team meets next week.

🧵 1/4 Negotiations Update April 7 CEA made counter proposals on 7 proposals, and reasserted 3 proposals. One proposal we reasserted was about class size and caseloads to ensure every student gets the educational experience that they deserve.
