Wandered into my favorite art gallery in the LA-area and stumbled upon the Gravity Falls exhibit

Whiteboard drawing of Bill Cipher and Ford from Gravity Falls by Alex Hirsch, in a gold frame. Ford wears an Elmer Fudd outfit. Bill Cipher holds a half-eaten carrot and asks “Where’s your gun, loser?” while Ford ponders this and responds, “Disney won’t like this!”

Went to watch An American Werewolf in London last night in a local theater, thought we were 15 minutes late, but turns out the movie was held up because of a surprise Q&A with John Landis himself

And for funsies, here's a peek into how one of these Cans of Beans pages gets made! #WebcomicDay (Coloring is indeed the most laborious part)

A comic page from Cans of Beans, but showing the different processes in which I've drawn each step, from thumbnailing to sketching to colored lineart to flats to final touches

Some new side/minor characters for the Cans of Beans epilogue and side stories! Not going to say what their roles are quite yet and how they're interacting with Carl and Dude 👀

a colored sketch of 3 characters, from left to right:
- a red-headed girl with freckles in a blue bikini
- a college-aged guy wearing a baseball cap, t-shirt, capris, and a messenger bag. He makes a heart-hand sign with his fingers.
- a curly-haired man wearing a v-neck, blue shorts, and beach sandals. He looks confused.

Can’t choose! Fun fact about this webcomic, I intentionally made Cans of Beans in such a laborious way because I wanted to get really good at drawing and painting backgrounds Anyway this page was the one I remember pumping my fist because it was the 1st one to truly match my vision

Comic page from the webcomic Cans of Beans. The first 4 panels feature various different angles of a bar with patrons laughing. Carl looks worried. Dude shows up and tells him “okay, let’s get you started on something GOOD.”

Okay I drew the horrible fictional man, here's the villain Dr. Hayford from the Cans of Beans sequel comic for your viewing displeasure

sketched character sheet of a skinny man in a turtle neck sweater with various expressions. He has a receding hairline, a long ponytail, and rectangular glasses. In one of the drawings, he's handing back a folder while saying, "Jesus Christ, Carl, I thought you were supposed to be smart."
