More nonsense. The sticker one is the only one that's actually been sealed yet and the high gloss coating I used definitely smudged it. I just sprayed the other ones with a semi-gloss coating, but it looks like it's going to do the same thing 😮‍💨 we'll try more tomorrow. #art #artarchive

I've been cleaning the alcohol ink from our brushes with hand sanitizer, instead of regular alcohol as I usually would. I didn't want all that cleaned out ink to go to waste so I started doing some little abstracts playing with the ideas. It's been fun playing with making different textures

One of my participants left a palette with blue, green, and magenta. I didn't want it to go to waste so I tried a value study using a screenshot from DPR ARTIC's Mirror Ball mv. I went w/o a sketch and I think it shows🤣 plus I ran out of paint. I dont like it but it was a fun exercise #art #painting

Finally got scrap paint in colors I could use on this. I got it all painted and went to add in the column... and it's too tall. I forgot to remeasure when I added all the accents and they made it too big. But I went straight to glue it in like a dumb ass 😭 I'm gonna have to trim the edge and repaint

In less angry news, I made a little manta ray alien thing💖 I had some scraps from a Stitch shaped card I made for one of my coworkers. I don't know how I'm going to use it yet, probably a colage or something. #art

This wasn't working the way I wanted, so I started over. I'm having trouble dying Sasha's new fabric so I switched to Yasmin's. After about 10 hours I've got a lil shaggy frog 🐸. It's cute, but I'm not happy with it. I'm gonna try another fabric and avoid some of the mistakes I made on this one.

I got an idea from @ dahl_august on Instagram. To make Bratz Babyz plush keychains. I didn't want to cut Sasha up so I'm trying to make a puffy onesie for her. Mind you, I barely know how to hand sew and I've never made a pattern in my life. It's moving along though. I finished all the limbs
