Drupal could be a great answer for vibe coding
When you vibe something, the AI picks the stack. Why Drupal fits vibe-coded applications, what it already has, and the wish for a Drupal AI like Drupal CMS.

Connecting systems is barely a skill now. What goes in the middle is the part I am unsure of, and the research says it could quietly make an AI agree with you.

Since @drupal.bsky.social Pivot I've been carrying a question. Companies can build their own software now, and a lot of them feel like they don't need us. So what do developers and agencies still bring? I've been writing my way through it, in the order it happened. 🧵 #drupal-pivot

The International Federation made progress this week. Local associations collecting memberships and partner fees locally, with local payment methods and pricing that makes sense. New revenue and local promotion at the same time.

But the demos were enterprise. Brand guidelines, legal teams, product launches. If you're a small company that just needs a website, nothing in that framing speaks to you. We need to talk about the little guy too.

When planning discussions reference familiar success models, it feels like there's one preferred way to do things. Different volunteer cultures don't fit the expected model. Different economic constraints aren't considered.

Why Drupal's Global Community Needs More Than Good Intentions
The Federation initiative offers a historic opportunity to move beyond good intentions toward systematic regional representation in Drupal's global community.

I see this pattern across our global Drupal community, especially around regional representation. The Federation initiative launching this year offers a real chance to move beyond "we should do this" toward systematic structures that enable global participation.
