Democracy isn't a one time event. So why do unionist politicians keep telling the people Scotland, that they can't have a say on Scotland's future?

Andy Burnham is set to support Saudi Arabia's barbaric bombing campaign in Yemen. Yemen has already faced one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world, with famine, cholera outbreaks and the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent people. This is a shameful decision.

🇵🇸Talking about solidarity isn't enough, we need action. This week, Greens will force a vote in parliament to end taxpayer funding for companies complicit in Israel's illegal settlements or genocide.

Is it any surprise that fly tipping has increased since the council introduced the bulky uplift charge, garden waste collection fee, and reduced opening hours of recycling centres? We need to take preventive measures to tackle fly tipping, not just punishments.

The climate crisis is here. New fossil fuel drilling won't cut household bills, it won't make our country more energy secure, and it will only worsen the climate emergency. Scotland needs to invest in clean, green renewables to secure our future.

Swinney's government have had over a year to implement a boycott of Israel (they voted for a Green motion last September). In that year, they have taken no steps to do so and have begun working with even more companies on the boycott list!
A tweet from John Swinney: The UK Government's announcement of a trade ban on Israeli settlements is welcome and long overdue.

Scotland has proudly recognised the State of Palestine, and we are clear that Israel must be held to account for the genocide in Gaza and its damaging actions in the West Bank.

Bus fares capped at £2 in the Highlands, Islands, and Strathclyde. Meanwhile, in West Lothian we still have to pay nearly £10 a day to commute to Edinburgh by bus. We need the £2 bus fare cap rolled out nationally now!

Scotland needs a watertight ban on cruel and abusive conversion practices. Today, the SNP has further delayed this ban, instead relying on the UK Government to introduce a watered-down version that might not even affect Scotland. Greens are demanding the SNP act now to protect LGBTQ+ people.
