Wow, what a way to get to work! We love these photos of Utrecht, The Netherlands. The first photo shows the busiest cycleway in the Netherlands. The second shows a route leading to the largest cycle park in the world, with space for 13,500 bikes. Imagine starting your morning like this!

We are part of a much bigger cycling picture! It’s estimated that 4.2 million people made 588 million trips on the National Cycle Network (2022-2023). Cambridgeshire is home to route 11 which travels 61 miles through beautiful fen countryside. Have you tried part of it?

Have you protected your cycle from theft? The next free bike marking event with Cambridge police will be Monday 27 July: 4-6pm at Co-op Adkins Corner Cherry Hinton Road. Marking and registering your cycle helps to keep it safe from theft and maximises the chance of recovery if it is ever stolen.
