While there IS extra negativity spread by creators because negative content performs the best, I think at it's core the MTG frustration is REAL. And saying "not everything is for you" is training players to actively disengage from the brand.

It's honestly kind of insane that WotC went with the decision to make UB sets standard legal without the ability to get the licenses to use those IPs in digital games, to the point that they have to do a full creative redesign - including new art - just for Arena and MTGO.
