I really hate how my brain makes it damn near impossible to do anything creative anymore with any kind of consistency. Psych has me on ADHD meds and anti-depressants now, so hoping that’ll help.

My drawing buffer has run out and work stress/panic attacks have left me unable to draw... I WANT to draw, but my brain is saying NO. Things are hopefully about to change at work which should cut out 90% of my stress and leave me plenty of time to draw! That plus new meds should help~

Mental health should not be as taboo a subject as it is. People should feel okay talking about it. So. #personal I've started having panic attacks. I don't really know how they're measured. It's either two on Tuesday and three on Wednesday, or two long panic attacks that came in waves.
