Among my OCs are a baker and his adult son, who pass useful info to the Cavallone family via notes hidden in pastries from their local shop. There is also Diego—Dino's laid-back, ladies' man subordinate who loves dropping philosophical quotes over cigarette smoke.

In the canon, almost nothing is said about Dino Cavallone's surroundings, other than the fact that he cares deeply about ordinary citizens. So it would be great to focus on this unexplored aspect in my fanworks. I think there would be characters just as colorful as the ones in the Varia or Vongola.

I've already mentioned that the personal nickname Ms. Author acts as a narrator's voice from behind the scenes. The account name "Once there was..." is a classic fairytale opening with a melancholic vibe, referencing the book and Ghibli film When Marnie Was There.
