I'M BACK! Ella and I have finished unpacking and I'm ready to get back to streaming. While the stream room is not quite put together, I am ready to get back into my normal routine. My first live stream back will be Oct 13th at 5pm CST at the usual places. Hope to see y'all there!

Visual graphic showing the stream schedule for CajunGeek Oct 12th - 17th. Playing Final Fantasy 14 on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 5pm central, and Super Battle Golf on Saturday at 4pm central. All livestreams will be simulcast on Twitch, YouTube, and Tiktok.

The past 2 weeks have crazy and stressful, as Ella and I settled into the new place. I'm hoping that the stress starts dropping soon, and we can start hitting a good stride and routine. In the meantime, I should know by the end of the week when the live streams will return.

The final gamer thing I completed before leaving Louisiana: Leveled all crafters and gatherers to lvl 100 in #ffxiv While I'm happy to have gotten it done before Evercold, it kinda makes this move a bit more sad. By Friday, I will officially be living in Texas for the foreseeable future.

Got armorer to 100 last night and spent over 1mil gil on some crafter gear off the market board. I got the rhythm down and should be able get the other crafters to 100 quick. As for gear: either I pay the HEFTY price off the MB or wait to complete Dawntrail, which Im waiting on my friends. #ffxiv

Not me spending the past two nights in #ffxiv playing Cosmic Exploration and leveling BSM to 100 and getting my cosmic tool upgraded. Now that I got the gist of things... I got some more crafters to grind!

Nothing like the toxic side of the #Destiny2 community deciding to crash community raid helps during stream this week. Yet @bungie.net @destiny2team.bungie.net won't do anything about this due to game being in maintenance with no dev team. @dmg04.bsky.social

This weekend I came to realize that I am slowly but surely moving on from #Destiny2. Knowing that the MoT is the final content update and no more storylines, I've found myself returning to #FFXIV for my story needs whils looking to the future and hoping that something like Destiny will come along.

As if my heart couldnt hurt any more today 😢 Last night @dmg04.bsky.social shared this response to someone asking what more they could have done to support the #Destiny2. I know Destiny 2 will continue on without new content, but this reply really hits home how special this game was to everyone.

Screenshot of a reply stating:

“Could I do more?”

You all have done more for this game and our studio than could ever be imagined, and no words can accurately depict how lucky we are to have shared these worlds with you.

Don’t blame yourselves or think you could have / should have done more. This is just the way it goes sometimes.

No matter the future, we will always have these memories.

Thank you. For everything.

Last night I was made aware of cutscene in #Destiny2 final update. I have not seen it yet, and am trying to avoid spoilers. From what I've been told: in order to see it, you need complete the Triumph "Me and you, Big Blue" After that, an additional event will trigger in the Dark Forrest on EDZ.

A screenshot of the Destiny 2 Triumph "Me and You, Big Blue" showing that you need to Complete a total of 7 Completion Triumphs from different categories, and then interact with Zavala's AR in the tower bt the Tenents of Bravery and Devotion.

To think that today is the final content update for #Destiny2... it still hurts a bit. From a player, just goofin with friends, to a content creator with a small community trying to teach people how to do raids. What a journey 🥲 See y'all in the tower, and see y'all starside!

Destiny 2

By now, everyone has either heard or read the news. The June 9th patch being the final content update for Destiny 2... I won't lie, it hurts. I think I speak for everyone when I say we are all a mixture of emotions over the news. Yes, June 9th will bring a lot of content and Quality of Life improvements. A lot of which, I am still excited for. At the same time, this is a game I have been playing since 2017. The stories, the characters, the mysteries, and yes... the friends we made along the way... have been nothing short of amazing . While I have been so blessed to have met so many extraordinary people through Destiny 2 and Bungie, I have been equally blessed with the friends I have made. While I am sad that this will be the last content patch in Destiny 2, make no mistake... I will be there, along with all the other guardians, to enjoy this content and give this game the goodbye it deserves.

To my Destiny 2 players: Take your time. Process this new. Make the best decision for your mental health and well being. I can't fault you for whatever decision you make. As for me, I will dive into the June 9th update and enjoy every last bit of it until I have had my full.

Hey @dmg04.bsky.social I saw your post yesterday on the other site. Look I get that that y'all are running silent for now. But can you give a hint? Blink once if moon destination is getting all weapons and armor tiered, twice if dreaming city as well. #destiny2 #bungie

100 1

CajunGeek @cajungeek.tv · 12/05/2026

This theory came to me after seeing DMG'S post and it would be AWESOME if Bungie did this for #Destiny2 What do y'all think?

020 2

CajunGeek @cajungeek.tv · 08/05/2026

For now, it appears that Sony still has confidence that Marathon can pull in more players and Bungie can continue to make moves with it. No word on restructuring, layoffs, or Bungie shutting down. The value of Bungie got lowered on the financials. So now Bungie needs to cook. HARD.

CajunGeek @cajungeek.tv · 07/05/2026

Just to share the news and expectations of communications on #Destiny2 from Bungie. I'll refrain from rehashing previous statements and opinions.

CajunGeek @cajungeek.tv · 01/05/2026

More new info dropped over on Reddit, now confirming Legacy Raid and Dungeon content WILL NOT receive Feats for difficulty. It will be interesting how they will do tier content of dungeons and raids like Shattered Throne, Pit of Heresy, Prophecy, and Last Wish that don't have a master version.

Screenshot from Reddit showing that community manager for Destiny 2, DMG, confirming that Feats will not be added to Legacy Raid and Dungeon content.

Hey @dmg04.bsky.social @destiny2team.bungie.net While I love the sneak drops of #Destiny2 info (Which I'm freaking excited for)... why wasn't this shared in the TWID? This would've been well received in the TWID. Most new info has been from replies from personal accounts versus official comms.

This is a screenshot of a reply from DMG stating:

All updated on launch day for the tiered loot in RAD activities. Weekly featured rotations will return for power and such. Helps keep LFG a bit more focused, but if you have a group you can hop into whatever. I know I’ll be hitting Pit of Heresy with my bud off the rip.
