The Sixth Committee has started discussing the proposed treaty on crimes against humanity. The CAH Initiative reminds States that consensus means agreement, not unanimity. And while maintaining consensus is ideal, States should take a vote if necessary. It is time to make a decision. #CAHTreatyNow
