Awoke from a very strange dream. My calculus exam is in three weeks and I haven’t been to class all year. I don’t even remember what calculus is or know where it is in my timetable and will definitely fail. For the record, the last time I did calculus was for my bursary exam in 1992. 🥴

I took the hallway curtains down yesterday so the painters could do their thing, then vacuumed the curtains, ready to put up again today. Gave the windows and sills a quick squirt and buff and now realise all the marks are on the outside of our hard-to-access two-storey windows. 🤦

I’ve just dropped off some baking to a neighbour who was recently widowed. We don’t really know them but she seemed very happy to have someone to talk as she navigates this next stage. We chatted for 1.5 hours. Tiny gestures can go such a long way.

I found the kittens playing with a cockroach. Went to grab a sturdy pair of stomping boots and a dustpan, but it’s completely disappeared. They both sniffing around where it they found it. Either it’s run away or one of them ate it. 🤮
