Went for a nice ride on the D&L Trail today. My ride was graced by the presence of a cat named Happy Cat according to his collar :D Super chatty and friendly. Thankfully not a stray, as I heard his owner bang a pot and call his name. Happy Cat went sprinting home through the bushes.

Getting real tired of the latest anti-adblock trend where they embed inline JS to destroy the entire HTML body to prevent reading. Then they inject a nagging iframe to unblock ads. Resorted to the NoScript plugin to just block JS from running entirely when I encounter it.

Gotta keep up with that preventative maintenance! I literally had just gotten a set of new wheel bearings in the mail and heard my motorcycle making a funny noise while rolling. Took it apart today to see this on my rear wheel.

For Warno I would try one of the airborne units out. I find them much easier to play grabbing territories early and just digging in for a long fight of attrition. Getting the combined arms warfare down can be a bit tricky first few times around.

Went to a local comic con and it was like 25% funko vendors by volume. I don’t think I could I could walk down a single aisle of the place without one being in view. Not all a loss though, I obtained some good licorice from a random vendor there.

Rewatched Everything Everywhere All At Once at the rerelease this weekend. The laundry and taxes line still made me cry and even when I knew it was coming. For such an outwardly silly film it really cuts me to the bone in so many scenes.

Still chewing on the Speed Racer IMAX rewatch I saw earlier in the week. I love everything about the movie. The Wachowskis managed to get the campiness of the original series and also put genuine emotion behind it. The blinding colors, the subtle callbacks in the music, and action just were perfect.
