I set up my account by VPN-ing to the US a few years ago but this no longer works because Apple now has exclusive rights. Not even VPN-ing works because it takes your Apple Account region (and changing the region too often can get the account banned). But at £5.99/month + VPN it's really good.

Download the F1 app and NordVPN on iOS, set VPN to Sweden or anywhere where F1 Pro is available. Then make a new account and set up a subscription to F1 Pro within the app using Apple Pay. Every time you want to watch a live race, just VPN to Sweden.
