I do wherever possible take moments to really understand the logic behind things that I would not have come up with myself but even that feels very "learning from a test that has the answers filled in."

The more I use Claude Code the more I have to grapple with the idea that I as a developer am slowly losing the ability to build applications by hand and I wouldn't have been able to build half the things I have without some sort of agent to talk through it with. I can't tell if that makes me sad.

If I could propose a suggestion: I'd love some kind of apartment cost break for residents who have been in NYC for a majority of their life. Why do we have to compete with big money from out of state for these $4,000 nonsense luxury apartments? Let NYC residents have the opportunity first.

Can you PLEASE talk about what is happening to lower rising costs of apartments in every borough? 2 bedrooms in Astoria are starting at a middle of 3,400 which is truly insane for spaces that aren't getting bigger or providing any new amenities. Affordability for regular people is getting worrisome.
