In terms of sensor dildos, there have been/are several. The Real Touch Interactive (never made it to full market, stopped existing in 2013ish?), the Lioness (still a product today, not sure how much feedback you get off the sensors though), the Lovense Nora (has rough 1-axis accelerometer output)
