Been neglecting myself mentally and physically for too long. Two hrs to myself while my 3yr old is in nursery. Putting some mileage on the trotters and visiting my therapy spot which is only 20mins away from me.

Overwhelmed, over stimulated, over worked..... Haven't had a day off work since 3rd Jan and am +80hrs on top of my working hours for Jan already. Taking this weekend to recharge before I get more of the same until April 🙃

I know anecdotally that toast is what you may smell when you are having a stroke. What does smelling eggy bread mean? I'm in the middle of the office and I can 100% smell that distinct scent of one of the finest foods known to man.
