Apropos of nothing. But I'm sure this will come in handy within the next few years.

Thinking about Rock Band and I have a handful of core memories associated with it. Firstly, the European launch party which took place in a night club in Guildford. We had a Battle of the Bands with several teams taking part, hosted by a fake Ozzy and Sharon.

There's a new Utopia Must Fall update which adds... well, a whole bunch of things. It also means a new high score @disky2003.bsky.social

These were the heavy hitters for me - loved some Robo Rally too, although I came to that later in life - but long were the nights where we'd throw on Into The Dragon from Bomb The Bass and settle down to an epic game of Titan.

Day 2 of my Bonne Maman advent calendar and I’ve had what can only be termed a bit of a result.

A cat. This morning. Staring at us through the back door. Not our cat. We don’t have one. Cute though.

Our raid on the Nintendo Pop Up Shop yesterday resulted in Pikmin hoodies for me and the kids. It was a good day.

Technically, I’m an adult. So I can do shit like this if I want and there’s nothing you can do to stop me.

For all the husbands out there. This little fella has been sat in an old ice cream tub full of bits and bobs. Why hasn’t it ever been thrown out? Because today I’m dismantling a bed and this is PRECISELY the tool I needed to do so. #vindication

Clearing out one of mum’s old desk drawers. Judging by the office address and job title, I’d say this bad boy is from about ‘91. #gamedev

What I should be doing: Packing for Brighton and Develop. What I'm actually doing: Some last minute tweaks to the build. What's the worst that could happen? #gamedev #indiedev

Just some late #screenshotsaturday bits from 2 Delve 2 Deep (not a sequel) - my #procgen #dungeoncrawler game. This is the build I'll be taking to Develop Brighton for @brilliantindietreasures.com

I can guarantee that no 'AI' is being used to make my game. In addition, it turns out only a very small amount of regular 'I' is being used as well. #gamedev #indiedev #videogame #dungeoncrawler

2 Delve 2 Deep will be shown @brilliantindietreasures.com next week. Pro - name appears early in any alphabetical list of games Con - people might think it's a sequel (it's not) Uh oh - that logo (such as it is) is hella dark and needs to stand out way more. Here's v2.0. #gamedev #dungeoncrawler
