The new rules announced yesterday mean that they would be unable to bring their families. They will effectively have to choose between caring for their parents or staying with their family. But why, given that Strada Tudor Arghezi is in the centre of Bucharest, some 10km from the new station, was a name more in keeping with its actual location not chosen? 000

I said neither, they're international, citizens of the world (although my eldest would probably say he was Scottish). I was told, 'That's a shame'. What nonsense!
