TMX has capacity to meet the Korean demand. It's tight. Then, there's an oil supply. It's tight too! Unless a new OilSands mine is built, low probability. Makes the Pacific Link Pipeline, a low probability! Good news for Oil Cos for a couple of years. Post 2030 not so much!

Asian countries, the target market for the Mb/d pipeline are electrifying a pace! Ironically, so is Canada, largely unrecognized. The Que/NFLD hydro deal is an emissions reducer. As are the off shore wind projects, in Nova Scotia. Emissions are reducible at the household by upgrading appliances.

There's one consequential problem with the Mb/d pipeline. Additionally, TMX is expanding to take up two thirds of available supply shorturl.at/mCTtk Agree emission reduction plans are weak. The most effective is electrification.

Building the pipeline may be the easiest piece of this puzzle. Maritime infrastructure to receive and distribute it, needs to be built. Supply is short! No Asian country has offered to buy this new oil! No market No supply No infrastructure No investment No deal!

No, the fee isn't a yearly charge. It's an upfront charge! It's consistent with GoA policy to disincentivize solar investment. For example, the Meta Data Centre, in Sturgeon County, Meta could do a Power Purchase Agreement for a solar/wind/battery system to meet its needs.

For manufacturing with - CDN steel, aluminum, copper, battery tech, and labour? Hard to see the Chinese offering any more than kit assembly, as they do with Stelantis, now.

A high level of due diligence is required to insure #Alberta tax payers aren't stiffed again by tech companies manipulating the stock market. Low probability any one in the GoA is investigating the financial side of the AI/Data Centre boom!

Nvida books a sale. Open AI, books an equity investment. Neither is true. The GoA is not protecting Albertans from the nefariousness of the emerging AI financial bubble. There risk to #Alberta ns is enormous Beware! The GoA isn’t!

They are all in energy payment deficit financing. That has to change, given what those countries supply to the rest of the world. Think electronics gadgets and parts. Prices are heading up. Bangladesh is representative of the financial tsunami Asian countries are facing.

The GoA has institutionalized Economic Withholding, a system where energy generators can hold supply. #Alberta gas companies will make a lot of money. This impacts energy costs, at the household level, plus every business in the province. The Alberta Energy Advantage accrues to the gas industry.

Hey What’s your take on this interaction? It went on for several minutes post game. Is it a discussion about the hit on Rourke on the first play of the game? Don’t know. JC Sherrit's body language indicated he wasn’t buying what Benevides was saying.

Completely agree on CCUS. CCUS government subsidies on the table for 16 years! Shell's Quest cost $1B in subsidy to remove less emissions than the facility produces. Right on > oil extraction, Co2 used for enhanced oil recovery, two subsidies in play.

The Hedge Fund that owns Suncor hasn’t spent a dime on increasing supply for the last decade. That begs the question where is the oil to fill the pipeline coming from?

They would use CDN materials if they want to sell any volumes. Sell here build here! Toyota has been doing this since the 1980s BYD's best global seller Atto 3, is short on range in the standard configuration, extended range at 420km is acceptable. Cold weather specs are challenging.

4) The proposed KXL revival, sends more to oil to the US. Does it need it? 5) Asia markets are abandoning oil, as fast as they can. Faster than OilSands companies are telling.

There must be some testy negotiations going on. The oil and gas industry full on press on the PR front. No CCUS unless GoC pays for it. There's several B$ on the table to do that. No industrial CT b/c CDN oil will be uncompetitive. I'd like to know, where the new 1Mb/d are coming from?
