iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

(spoilers for Digger, kind of) There's a line from a review of Rubber (2010) that always stuck with me "This is a movie about why going to the movies is stupid." Digger is a satire about how modern satire is feckless, ineffective and ultimately counter-productive.

I've always appreciated Iñárritu more than I've liked him. Digger's a tour de force of production design and performances that serve a shallow and bitter narrative.

Post Week 5 rankings. Texas Tech continues to survive (they can't keep getting away with it!). Kentucky and BYU hang on. Miss St tumbles. Lot of ranked matchups next week! Crazy that Red River won't be one of them

000

San Diego State > Texas State > North Texas > Tulsa > Oklahoma State > Oregon > Boise State > Western Michigan > Michigan > Oklahoma

000

The live look-in is 10 seconds ahead of the actual broadcast lol

000

Sorry this was in response to hearing about the Heintschel injury but I forgot to add a link

Sayin's getting railed today huh

000

Man I want BC to beat SMU so bad, but you can't be snapping dude's necks from behind like that

000

Ahhhh Fran Brown did the ol "Headbutt your players pre-game to motivate them" thing *Tom Herman flashbacks intensify* he done.

000

Tucker's holocaust-denial heel turn is coming soon, I guarantee it

000

UConn - Syracuse is a fucking banger of badness

000

Got hit as he threw, but man I don't know who Edwards was going for there

000

Jess, Belichick just needed a year to get his guys in

000

I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW LITTLE I KNOW OF IDAHO

000

So it appears I know nothing of Idaho

none of the stuff that made matt campbell’s iowa state fun or charming or notable works here. he just looks like an outclassed rube

That is the most Idaho thing ever, I bet they don't score again

000

Pat Narduzzi joins Neal Brown on the "Luckiest Coaches Ever" board of directors

000

It's like they want another shutdown

000

I was not prepared for how prepared Narduzzi and Franklin were to throw this game

000

Pitt-VT is infinitely more entertaining than I could have anticipated.

000

I don't think I've ever seen this many turnovers in the same part of the field so quickly

000

Pitt Kickers are 0-1 when announcers talk about their doordash side hustle

000

UNT > Tulsa > Oklahoma State > Oregon > Boise State > Western Michigan > Michigan > Oklahoma

000

Transitive wins over Okie state, oregon and USC is all good to me

020

I just… I can’t with this team man

This would be the ultimate make-up call

can we just take delay of game penalties until the refs get tired?

000

UNT just tackled a stumbling RB 5 yards forward

Neal Brown late-game management is taking years off my life

BT Warren @btwarren.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Neal, you’re supposed to take the timeout before the delay of game penalty

000

Look, I can watch nearly every college game without issue, Idk why we need to pay 70 dollars a month to be able to see every NFL game

000

he can do it after every play against Oklahoma, they’re still not gonna score

Warren Matrix post-Week 4 top 25 and bottom 40. I imagine anyone below -0.5 wants to fire their coach. Shout out to Florida jumping from outside the rankings to #2 and an undefeated UMass joining Wiscy and Nebraska at 23

000

3-way tie for #23 in the Warren Matrix (name pending)

WMU-Michigan will be a total thorn in the side of computer rankings the rest of the season. By choosing to respect one result over another, I'm essentially picking between putting Boise State or Iowa into my top 10.

000

My model has UMass in the top 25.......
