Tiktok's promotion algorithm is VERY SUSPICIOUS. I promoted a video 51 secs long, got 21K Likes but those viewers only watched 3 secs each, on avg. Nothing happens in the first 3 secs so the Likes are obviously automation. The only people who watched the video (0.27%) really engaged. #tiktok
