I loved my visit to DC, but then it wasn’t overrun by overt fascists.
A black and white photo of the U St station on the DC Metro in June 2019. The ceiling is curved and indented like an ice cube tray. The train runs along the right hand side to the vanishing point, exaggerated in effect by the ceiling. More joyous is the lack of Nazis patrolling the concourse.

Spring has officially arrived in #SaintJohn. 🥰
Text reads: The Saint John Harbour Bridge will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction starting March 32, 2025 to allow for the continuation of multi-phase work on the project. During this work, the on-ramp and off-ramp from Chelsey Drive will also be closed to traffic. Delays are expected for traffic in both directions approaching the bridge during this period.

A piñata of Blue the Dog, of “Blues Clues” fame. A uterus piñata with happy kawaii eyes and mouth, using the inverted head of the Blue piñata and moving the ears up to become fallopian tubes and ovaries. Day 1/100 of #The100DayProject #100DaysOfArt. #Upcycled Found 60+ toy dinosaurs at Value Village. Sorted, washed, then painted a few matte black or white. Thought I could rush to glitter coat but learned my lesson. Already, this project is good. Patience and not perfectionist standards.
