We pointed my phone vaguely in the direction of the sun, which was hiding behind a dark cloud, and got the eclipse via a lens flare, so that was a nice accident xD #Eclipse We also used the pinhole method with a box and foil from a yorkshire teabag packet fished out of the bin, it mostly worked

We started brewing tea when a red alert popped up for the aurora. So, we tumbled out of the front door, took some long exposures of clouds and wildfire smoke, then stood under a tree as a Blackbird belted out the loudest song, before we came back to a nicely brewed pot 😀

It's #FatFrogFriday and the Frorb earrings have gone up on my shop: ko-fi.com/s/45e9976e01 People agreed that their little dongs (or vestigial tails from their tadpole days as someone else suggested) are a feature and not a bug, so here they stay.

My fingers are holding a card that has fishhook earrings with beaded frogs dangling from them. They have a large, jade green glass bead as the belly, and a pair of metal bead caps making the face, arms and legs of the frog. How it is threaded together with a ball head pin make them look like they have stubby metal genitals.

I'd been in bed all day with a headache and a period, but I managed to hobble outside and watched Tess figure out how to do astrophotography on my phone! We managed to get a good look at the planetary alignment going on. Here's one of her photos of Mars, Orion's dick, Jupiter and the Pleiades:
