When I lived in an Aldi area I could totally throw a fill-you-up charcuterie party for $2/person. Seemingly fancy too.

In the Pacific Northwest we have Winco. It’s kind of big box but has Aldi like price choices plus bulk foods and great cheap produce plus the international stuff.

1.) Since when is ICE responsible for security at the Super Bowl? 2.) With the NFL trying to internationalize the game (see this weekend), shouldn't the NFL give Noem a fine here for not protecting the shield?

There's 270,759 "soybean farmers" in the US per Ag Census. Some are not very big. But even including all of those $10B/# of farms = $36,933 per farm.

Democrats running for office in red states in the middle of the country should be mocking the Republican War on Windmills. Might seem like a fringe issue to some, but it is a pocketbook issue when people are being hit with higher electric bills.

Yes, but that wouldn't be the first time that Congress + USDA de-coupled government payments to farmers from the realities of the market. And not the last, either. "Just plant and fertilize more" has always been a rotten carrot, but that tends to be where U.S. policy lands.

Yes. There will be another bailout. 10:1 odds. All they gotta do is push the Commodity Credit Corporation button. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins will almost certainly do that once the fiscal year turns over. Or maybe she'll wait a few months into the calendar year. But it's coming.
