I can think of a lot of reasons why GTA 6 is taking so long but the idea that it's because of their worries over having properly crafted expert satire is low on that list. It's most likely them taking a day and a half just to model each screw in each air conditioner in each house you can't enter.

Though it may feel the decision is based around trump for me, if I had to make a formal guess, I'd say Kamala. Honestly, politics in the country across pop culture and social media seems to be blue vs red as good vs evil. Also, he already lost one election to the president Kamala was vice for.

I'm (intentionally) politically ignorant, but I never noticed much change in my life from any elections I don't even think most presidential candidates believe in what they say. Cooking is the best. As much as I'm a burger-lovin murican, fast food burgers just can't compare to the homemade ones. Every part of the burger can be made perfectly; sweet buns, sauteed veggies, meat seasoned exactly as you want it, and perfectly mixed sauce. Fast food borgars rely on gimmicks.

As someone who only listens to videogame OSTs, I have no idea what "Oasis" or "Gallaghers" is, but, separating the art from the artist, imo, is meant to be for not judging somebody for liking art made by a bad person. It's not about forcing yourself to enjoy art that the artist ruined for you.

I doubt GTA has any intention of ever reclaiming its past identity in future titles. GTA 6 will be the most inexcusably over-budgeted, industry corporatist investment funded, overpriced console justifying game ever. Also, as for gameplay, I don't see much difference in single-player content between MK1 and Tekken 7 (I haven't seen 8). They both have the same "high-graphical fidelity storyline and very long cinematic cutscenes that are randomly interrupted with gameplay". Pretty standard fighting game storymodes

That game's plagued with the state of modern AAA gaming, but many games are. My main issues have more to do with it being a half reboot/half sequel. It, simultaneously, fails to stand on its own feet with its dependance on self-callbacks and changes characters crudely to justify its existence.
