Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 07/08/2026I love leaving the house with that sense of 'I've forgotten something' only to remember when it's too late to go back. I guess that cup of coffee is gonna be cold when I get home. 031
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 08/07/2026In the city to do first aid training. Finding a lovely little park bench for lunch 010
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 14/05/2026Second Secrets of Strixhaven Draft (only just made it to Silver) and went 7-2 with this Witherbloom deck - did Witherbloom in the first draft, don't change a winning combo - didn't drop a game until I was at 6 wins and then it got tense. Pack 1 Pick 1 was Glorious Decay and it was indeed glorious. 000
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 05/05/2026My first Strixhaven draft - yes I drafted it when the set came out, but only just finished the games - went 7-2, 5 wins before I dropped a game. Love Witherbloom. 010
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 09/04/2026Went to Melbourne International Comedy Festival and saw only Australian comedians.... (2 of the 3 are locals) 000
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 30/03/2026I would love to see a game that ties the jump button to the menu button so you have to use accessibilty features before you can do anything. 000
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 13/03/2026On my way to the Game Expo, forgot to post a pic before i left home so you get a last minute one as i walk from southern cross station 060
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 08/03/2026Just won a crazy game of MTGA Brawl where I milled my opponent out with their Palantir of Orthanc after I played a Platinum Angel and just took the life loss. They got up to almost 10 million life and I lost over 30 million life. So happy my opponent milled all his fight spells. 050
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 17/02/2026Finally getting around to playing more Scarlet Hollow - I am only on chapter 4 of my first playthrough - and there is a skip? wait a second, Black Tabby that writes the most of any game dev and probs more than any person has a skip? I'm sus of what's going on.... And I love every second of it. 110
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 31/01/2026Day 1 of new train schedule and my 4 stop journey has an hour wait when switching trains. I'll just walk the rest of the way 000
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 31/01/2026Just did a MTG:Arena Lorwyn draft and picked up a neat little 7-2 with this deck.... I am only just climbing out of Bronze but that is also mostly cos I play free 000

Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 14/01/2026Made Pascal's wager so i could get into the Christian afterlife without doing all the levels in "being a good person" and "practicing Christianity". Made my way through the Inferno well enough but now I'm in the first terrace of Purgatorio and they want me to carry a boulder? Nuh uh, not me. 021
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 27/12/2025Lots of excitement at the train station today as all the birds are swooping and yelling at this little guy to get out of here 000

Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 27/11/2025Genius is better than Devil's Plan - Simple and concise. Day game and Elimination are key to both but the additional complexity to Devil's Plan works against it in a viewing aspect, the length of episodes are not game + game but also include home room times - prison and main area, with bonus games. 110
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 13/11/2025I gave a crow some of my pie crust this morning. Highlight of the day 020

Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 24/09/2025All these rapture people missed the point - if you weren't raptured it's because you weren't good enough. So go out and be better. 030
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 14/05/2025I've been watching 'The Devil's Plan' (think survivor but board games) and I hate and love the way the episodes are cut, not to the games - they play 2 games a day, a prize game and an elimination game - I hate that. But it means you can't predict when a game will actually end, I love that. Genius 010

Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 03/02/2025February starts with 14km of cycling in the first week (all of two days), took a sick day due to smashing my toe into furniture so I also missed a riding day. 14km behind last February already.... 100
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 05/01/2025Week 1 of cycling - 70.2km in a five day week; Compared to last years 71km over 7 days I'm feeling pretty good. already have said I am going to aim for 3000km this year which is roughly 20km per week more than last year. Should be fun. Oh, I have also hit 6000km total on my bike (since August 2018). 130

Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 15/12/2024Die Hard being set at Christmas makes an easy excuse for an office building to have limited people in the setting. Similarly Home Alone uses the same concept as an easy excuse for a family to travel and abandon their child. If Home Alone is a Christmas move Die Hard MUST also be. 030
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 12/12/2024so Twitch released its end of year wrap. I think the most interesting parts are that the top 5 Streamers I watched are all Australian and similarly 4 of them are from Melbourne - just like me. That's probably influenced by 'primetime' viewing opportunity as I mostly watch after work.... 010
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 08/12/2024So, when I ride my bike I wear gloves - don't want to crash and mess up my hands - but as a consequence I get a brilliant tan line.... 030
Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 03/12/2024work has decided that their Christmas party is gonna be at Strike (a bowling alley). Little do they know I spentt most of my college years bowling with my best friend. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope they are satisfied with second place 130

Brodeo @brodeo.bsky.social · 09/11/2024My only plan for the rest of the year is getting to 2000km cycled for the year. I'm currently at just over 1500 and if I ride to work every day that's 70km a week. With 7 weeks left in the year it is a doable target. 150
