#PLEX in #ANCA is perhaps less necessary due to improved efficacy of our treatments - So, personalise your approach, discuss severe DAH + RPGN cases in your MDT, ensure safe practice! Thanks to #ERA25 for letting me debate our dilemma whether to PLEX or not 👍
